🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design; 2+ years in lead/senior SaaS
• Socially driven designer focused on shift workers and their businesses
• Proven product designer with a track record delivering software
• Problem-solver who simplifies complex, legislation-related challenges
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality design
• Proactive collaborator who values feedback and diverse perspectives
• Natural storyteller who conveys decisions clearly and persuasively
• Motivated team player in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
