- Strong visual design instincts; attention to hierarchy and typography.
- Highly autonomous and high-agency; drives problems to resolution.
- Front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS); open to AI-assisted development.
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy AI products for enterprise/B2B.
