Own end-to-end design for key product areas (research to release)
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and solutions
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive UX
Contribute to and evolve our design system and patterns
Provide constructive design feedback to raise team quality

Solid experience designing digital products in a tech or product-led company
A strong portfolio showing UX thinking, visual craft, and shipped work
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Confident collaborator with strong communication skills
A proactive mindset - own problems and deliver results
