Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct user research with health workers, patients, and care teams to uncover painful pain points.
• Design flows and interfaces that prioritize patient care over billing systems.
• Create end-to-end CRM experiences for outreach, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Build AI-assisted workflows that feel trustworthy and human-centered.
• Ensure designs meet HIPAA and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and data scientists to iterate on UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years product design, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven org.
• Strong portfolio showing human-centered design and complex workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
