• Solid grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility

• Customer-facing experience and mentoring creatives
\n
• Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills
\n
• Experience in Agile development environment
\n
• Startup experience and passion for design
\n
• Experience with US or European clients
\n
