🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Design shipping features; 3+ years on complex B2B SaaS workflows.
- BA/BS in graphic design, design communication, HCI, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction and visual design.
- Proven ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous spaces; end-to-end design ownership.
- Strong communication/storytelling; present design rationale to Product, Eng, and leadership.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partnership and mentorship.
