Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across B2B/B2B2C products from framing to shipped outcomes.
• Solve hard problems for real users quickly with Figma, code, and AI-powered prototyping.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing; report to Head of Product.
• Utilize a builder mindset to design fast and iterate toward measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Eight+ years in product design, UX/UI, and user research.
• End-to-end ownership; ruthlessly prioritize and ship.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Figma Make) to prototype.
• Works well with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders; gives direct feedback.
• Cultural characteristics: listening, builder mindset, curiosity, collaboration, high standards.
• Radical empathy for end users—empathize with fundraisers and donors to inform design.
