📋 Description

• Lead evolution of internal tools powering the business.
• Architect high-density internal apps and BI dashboards for 500+ staff.
• Prioritize operational excellence over aesthetics.
• 75% research/synthesis; 25% execution in product design.
• Design wireframes, prototypes for data-heavy apps and BI dashboards.
• Partner with Engineering; annotate in Jira; ensure builds meet specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Design for internal tools or data-heavy apps.
• Full-Stack Design: research, wireframes, prototypes, and delivery.
• Internal Systems Expert: optimize internal workflows and dashboards.
• Figma expert; ownership of Design System Library.
• Usability testing and validation; conduct user research.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
