Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.
Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.
Experience building SaaS B2B web products (dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy UIs).
An AI-friendly mindset and experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude, v0, similar).
Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior.
Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on coding of simple front-end.
