Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to understand opportunities and problems.
• Lead user research and grow the discovery pipeline.
• Translate research findings into design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Deliver designs across platforms aligned with our design system and brand.
• Partner with product management and engineering to test, iterate, and release solutions.

• Knowledge of web and mobile constraints to inform design.
• Excellent listening skills; translate insights into vision.
• Proficiency in design, testing, and prototyping tools.
• Strong user focus and ability to advocate for users.
• Strong process and project coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent problem solving.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; 3+ years in relevant fields.
• Portfolio of related work.
