🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design, ideally B2B SaaS or complex products
• Portfolio showing clear visual judgment and details
• Uses AI in design practice with concrete examples
• Strong instincts for design vs product trade-offs and timely shipping
• Thrives as solo designer, fast-paced, multi-squad work
• Fluent in customer research and product data; know when to ship
