🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years in Product/UX design with 4-6 years people management.
- Proven track record shipping complex, data-heavy products in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Expert in user-centered design, service design, interaction patterns, and systems thinking.
- Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Support) in fast-paced settings.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German) a plus.
