Senior Product Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and lead product experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to improve adoption.
• Build ML models (GBMs, random forests, logistic regression) to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to frame problems as data problems.
• Translate model outputs and experiments into clear business narratives for executives.
• Establish best practices for experimentation and ML workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on product experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference, significance).
• Python proficiency including scikit-learn and MLflow.
• Experience building ML models (GBMs, random forest, linear/logistic regression).
• Background in B2B SaaS or B2C SaaS.
• Strong cross-functional communication; translate model outputs into executive recommendations.
