🎯 Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of banking partnerships and fintech regulation.
- Familiar with NACHA, card networks, Reg E, UCC 4A, BSA/AML, OFAC.
- Experience advising on payment processing agreements and funds-flow.
- Comfort reading API specs and mapping tech to legal risk.
