🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or materials management in manufacturing (robotics/automation/electronics preferred).
- Experience managing suppliers including contract manufacturers for electro-mechanical assemblies and PCBAs.
- Strong negotiation and contract management with focus on total cost of ownership.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Lean principles and strong English communication skills.
