Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Primary functional expert for NetSuite O2C modules: order, AR, billing.
• Own configuration, maintenance, and optimization across O2C workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Collections and Dev teams.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, cash flow.
• Oversee integrations: Salesforce, NetSuite, RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, AWS.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product/Business Analyst in NetSuite O2C.
• NetSuite configuration across O2C modules: SuiteFlow, SavedSearch.
• Experience integrating O2C with Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Celigo, Zuora RevPro.
• Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, SOX, ASC 606.
• Own deliverables and drive end-to-end projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, CS, Finance or Accounting.
• Curiosity applying AI tools to improve processes; mentor teammates.
• Data warehouse platforms experience.
