- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related quantitative field.
- Experience partnering with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to define metrics and experiments.
- Product analytics experience for a B2B SaaS product, including funnel, retention, cohort, and feature adoption metrics.
- Experience supporting a new or emerging product (0โ1 or early-stage growth) with metrics defined from scratch.
- Strong SQL proficiency including event-level data modeling for analytical reporting.
- Experience instrumenting and validating product usage event data, preferably with Segment.
