🎯 Requirements
- BS in related field or 4+ years healthcare data experience (claims data preferred).
- Proficient in SQL with complex queries (subqueries, unions, CTEs).
- Experience triaging data issues and building tracking processes in healthcare data.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum in product development.
- Experience with data structures, relational DBs, and analytics tools (Tableau, Snowflake, ETL).
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies; JIRA or Trello familiarity.
