📋 Description

• Lead productions across immersive web, AI, experiential, and live events.
• Pitch and plan new projects from briefs and RFPs.
• Execute from pitch to delivery with clear SOWs, timelines and budgets.
• Maintain project health; oversee junior production team and guide.
• Provide production and client leadership across multiple projects.
• Oversee day-to-day production and long-term client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in a production role.
• Proven experience producing immersive web, digital, experiential, and live events.
• Strong client-facing skills to sell in solutions and maintain relationships.
• Natural problem solver who can draft and execute a plan.
• Executional mindset; comfortable in the trenches while leading others.
