📋 Description

• Build and manage end-to-end production workflows for creative content.
• Track assets across stages and identify bottlenecks early.
• Establish scalable documentation, standards, and asset management.

• Coordinate work across Design, Product, Eng, and Learning teams.
• Translate product goals into clear production plans and milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative production, game production, app production, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-volume production timelines and asset pipelines.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, artists, and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows—generative media tools or AI-powered content pipelines.
• A strong design eye and ability to give useful creative feedback and uphold quality.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with clear systems and documentation.
