📋 Description

• Collaborate with Gearbox and publishing teams to support milestone delivery and alignment.
• Manage day-to-day publishing production for multiple titles; track progress and flag risks.
• Coordinate across dev, publishing, QA, and research to ensure milestone success.
• Support a brand-new IP and other franchises; drive project plans and risk mitigation.
• Champion the player experience; translate research into feature prioritization and live content decisions.
• Create updates, decks, and milestone docs to drive decisions and transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in game production or related roles.
• Comfortable with distributed development across time zones.
• Hands-on with live service games or ongoing content production.
• Experience cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, QA, Research.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and risk triage.
• Excellent communication; writes clearly and creates actionable documentation.
