📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple pods to hit domain milestones.
• Balance delivery leadership with product knowledge.
• Own domain schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Keep Jira/Flow tasks and backlogs clear and maintained.
• Maintain domain docs in Confluence.
• Lead cross-discipline collaboration with Leads and Directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning complex features or pods as a Producer.
• Strong planning, risk management, and dependency mapping.
• Lead multiple pods and coordinate cross-discipline work; influence Leads.
• Understand player experience and domain-specific systems.
• Experience mentoring Producers or Associate Producers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design/tech trade-offs.
