Senior Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement: RFP/RFQ, PO creation, invoice resolution.
• Process purchase requests into POs in the ERP system quickly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements to RFQs/POs.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, and conditions to optimize value.
• Lead end-to-end PO management and invoice resolution.
• Build strong supplier relationships to deliver value for Relativity.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES and data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• 4+ years in strategic sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience vetting terms, conditions, and contracts.
• Procurement experience in fast-paced manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
• Experience writing SOWs and RFQ/RFPs.
