Senior Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement from RFP/RFQ to PO creation and invoice resolution.
• Process purchase requests into POs in ERP in a timely, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms and conditions to optimize value.
• Lead end-to-end PO management and resolve invoice/disposition issues.
• Build strong supplier relationships under Category Managers' guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of PLM/ERP/MES and tools like MS Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• 4+ years in strategic sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience vetting terms, conditions, and contracts.
• Procurement experience in fast-paced manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• Experience drafting SOWs and RFQ/RFPs.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations.
