• Manage 40+ concurrent procurement activities from evaluation to renewal.
• Negotiate price and contract terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Partner with Support, People, Finance, Legal, and Strategy to align needs.
• Build and improve procurement processes with modern tooling and automation.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline procurement and raise throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (tech).
• Proven SaaS, cloud, and professional services contract negotiation with savings.
• Experience scaling procurement ops, automating processes, reducing toil.
• Proficient with procurement tools and contract management systems; AI-ready.
• Strong analytical skills: pricing benchmarks, TCO analyses, data-driven cases.
• Effective cross-functional communicator across Support, People, Finance.
