• Spend analysis to identify high-impact savings opportunities.
• Draft and implement a purchasing policy; integrate with Pivot.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs for major contracts with competitive bids and SLAs.
• Gatekeeper for vendor terms with Legal & Ops to minimize liability.
• Partner with department heads to maximize budget value.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in procurement, ideally in intl scale-up, marketplace, or SaaS.
• Experience with P2P tools (Zip, Coupa, Pivot); Pivot proficiency a plus.
• Turn messy data into insights using Excel/SQL and data viz.
• English and French at native level.
• Builder mindset; assertive policy enforcement; strong partner relationships.
