Senior Processor Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex processor implementations, migrations, and platform changes within PPO scope, ensuring readiness and handoff to steady-state owners.
• SME on FinPlat payment flows, transaction lifecycles, and data models across multiple payment rails.
• Partner with Engineering to review changes, validate assumptions, and surface downstream impacts.
• Support Accounting, Audit, Risk, and Finance by interpreting platform behavior and transaction data to aid investigations and reporting.
• Participate in incident response and remediation with accountability across owning teams.
• Define expected versus anomalous processor behavior and contribute to monitors and alerts with Engineering and PPO Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in bank or payment operations (funds flow, settlement, processing).
• Strong reconciliation background.
• End-to-end payments ecosystem knowledge (methods, networks, regulations).
• ACH origination, returns, settlements; AAP certification a plus.
• Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, PLUS, STAR and related network vendors for card movement.
• Proficient in SQL, Looker, Snowflake; Google Sheets/Docs/Slides.
