Senior Process Engineer, 3D Reconstruction

📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end 3D reconstruction workflows for efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and speed production.
• Design and iterate AI-driven workflows with targeted human expertise.
• Define and monitor metrics for quality, speed, automation, and impact.
• Run experiments and pilots to evaluate new approaches and tech.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CV, Operations, and R&D to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with 3D modeling workflows in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar 3D tools (SketchUp preferred).
• Strong understanding of production workflows and process optimization.
• Experience using data to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
