Senior Process and Change Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end process analysis, documentation, redesign, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, comms, training, and adoption metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Assess organizational readiness and manage change impacts across people, processes, and technology.
• Define and monitor performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and leaders to ensure successful implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management with bachelor's degree in computer science or business.
• Extensive experience in business process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change).
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
