Senior Privacy Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead privacy program across Welltech’s global product ecosystem.
• Provide practical privacy guidance to product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Own privacy-by-design reviews for new products and data initiatives.
• Develop internal privacy resources (policies, DPIAs, training).
• Collaborate on data governance, retention, and incident response.
• Oversee DSARs and data deletion requests at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in privacy/data protection law (tech or consumer-facing).
• Deep understanding of GDPR and global privacy regimes.
• CCPA/CPRA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience operationalizing privacy programs (DPIAs, cookies disclosures).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication; influence product/engineering.
• CIPP/E or CIPP/US or similar certification is a plus.
