- Lead risk assessments: privacy by design, PIAs, DPIAs, AI risk reviews.
- Assist with cross-functional regulatory compliance and retention obligations.
- Champion privacy and AI awareness; deliver training and answer questions.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years privacy and data protection experience (in-house or law firm).
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, EU AI Act, NIS2.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into business guidance.
- Strong interpersonal/communication and negotiation skills.
- Superior legal research, critical thinking, and writing.
- Autonomous, discretion with confidential information.
