📋 Description

• Lead EMEA tax audits and disputes with authorities and internal teams.
• Manage tax disputes by preparing responses and key facts.
• Co-lead major EMEA tax litigation; oversee discovery and milestones.
• Act as contact for EMEA external counsel, officials, regulators.
• Advise on jurisdiction-specific litigation risks and compliance.
• Collaborate with US/EMEA/global teams for consistent messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with 10+ years focused on tax audits & litigation.
• Experience leading tax audits and tax litigation.
• Excellent English; French/Italian/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Strong understanding of tax litigation across key EMEA jurisdictions.
• Solid tax foundation; ability to quickly learn new issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with US/EMEA/global tax, legal, policy teams.
• Expertise with corporate tax issues in EMEA: transfer pricing, VAT, etc.
