🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with Rust, systems programming.
• Resilient, observable, horizontally scalable distributed systems.
• Strong Linux fundamentals: networking, namespaces, sockets.
• Container-based environments, Git, CI/CD, and performance tooling.
• C/C++ or Go in performance-critical environments.
• gRPC, Protobufs, and L2-L4 protocols (TCP/QUIC).
