π― Requirements
- 5-7+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, ideally in growth-stage.
- Proven expertise in client relationships, technical delivery, and product management; metrics-driven.
- Track record of building C-level relationships is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and desire to master Unqork; LCNC experience a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach; proven CS plans with steps.
- Cross-functional collaboration and voice of the customer.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills; multitask.
