- Own planning: quarterly reviews, annual planning, long-range strategy.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Self-starter with strong PM skills; drives cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- 6+ years in international, cross-functional environments.
- 4+ years in ops, pricing, sales enablement, GTM, or strategy consulting in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record launching pricing changes or new offerings, incl. tech implementation and GTM.
- Experience facilitating planning cycles and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret data, track metrics, and measure initiative success.
- English; other European languages a plus.
