  • Hybrid role; based in NL, Germany, or UK; in-office two days/week.
  • Lead end-to-end pricing launches across cross-functional teams.
  • Establish scalable operating mechanics: tracking, roadmap, financial models, enablement.
  • Build repeatable GTM playbooks for pricing changes (comms, docs, enablement).
  • Own planning: quarterly reviews, annual planning, long-range strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Self-starter with strong PM skills; drives cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • 6+ years in international, cross-functional environments.
  • 4+ years in ops, pricing, sales enablement, GTM, or strategy consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record launching pricing changes or new offerings, incl. tech implementation and GTM.
  • Experience facilitating planning cycles and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret data, track metrics, and measure initiative success.
  • English; other European languages a plus.
