Senior Pricing Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop understanding of quote, policy and claims data to improve motor pricing.
• Own a strategic pricing initiative, e.g., risk pricing rate structure or expansion plans.
• Communicate plans and gain buy-in from heads of and directors cross-functionally.
• Propose tests, features and segmentations to understand customers.
• Work with pricing team to recommend changes and monitor impact.
• Identify external data sources to refine claims risk and quantify value.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for pricing analysis.
• Ability to combine domain and analytical skills to generate pricing proposals.
• At least 3 years in data-driven commercial role, ideally in insurance pricing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end transformation capability.
• Curious, proactive and able to explain complex concepts simply.
