🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Economics, Construction Mgmt, or related.
5+ years in preconstruction/estimation or PM in construction.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to develop and interpret commercial plans.
Understanding of cost structures, feasibility analysis, and risk mgmt.
Financial modelling, data analysis, and statistical software proficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
