• Design scalable, performant apps and infra using MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and business value

🎯 Requirements

• 8–11 years in customer-facing roles; 5–7 years in pre-sales
• 3+ years with Python, Node.js, SQL or C/C++, Java, C#
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; willing to travel up to 25%
