🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in mainframe application management with progressive leadership.
- 5+ years in practice development or service portfolio management.
- Proven track record building/growing tech service practices.
- Strong background in z/OS, z/VM, z/VSE.
- Experience with AI/ML on mainframe or hybrid mainframe-cloud.
- Client-facing with C-level engagement experience.
- Knowledge of mainframe schedulers (TWS, Control-M), code promotion, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with Python, Java or other AI frameworks on z/OS.
