  • Analyze and implement new processes for operational excellence in Account Management and CX.
  • Expand and improve scalable, repeatable processes; contribute to strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that impact Net Dollar Retention.
  • Own CX & AM tech stack (CRM, Salesforce, WFM) and drive workflow improvements.
  • Set and report on expansion, retention, CSAT, and product adoption goals.
  • Align CX, AM, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years delivering operational excellence via process and tech optimization in SaaS.
  • Experience in Customer/Revenue operations or Strategy & Ops or tech consulting.
  • Creative problem-solver and project manager balancing multiple priorities.
  • Functions independently with accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven with strong reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate data analyses into actionable messages and decisions.
