  • Develop and execute post-merger integration plans migrating core ops to our platform
  • Partner with the deal team to assess integration feasibility and due diligence insights
  • Map current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, define standardized automated workflows
  • Align milestones with software deployment, AI adoption, and capability rollouts
  • Lead integration work streams (ops, finance, compliance, HR), monitor progress, mitigate risks
  • Define and track integration success metrics including migration rates and efficiency gains

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in fast-paced environments, ideally financial services or management consulting
  • High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, hands-on
  • Experience in financial services or fund administration is a plus
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong experience in technology-driven operations and process automation
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
