- Develop and execute post-merger integration plans migrating core ops to our platform
- Partner with the deal team to assess integration feasibility and due diligence insights
- Map current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, define standardized automated workflows
- Align milestones with software deployment, AI adoption, and capability rollouts
- Lead integration work streams (ops, finance, compliance, HR), monitor progress, mitigate risks
- Define and track integration success metrics including migration rates and efficiency gains
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in fast-paced environments, ideally financial services or management consulting
- High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, hands-on
- Experience in financial services or fund administration is a plus
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong experience in technology-driven operations and process automation
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
