Senior Post-Merger Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute post-merger integration plans migrating core operational processes to our software platform
• Partner with the deal team on integration feasibility assessments and due diligence insights
• Map current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, define standardized automated workflows
• Align integration milestones with software deployment, AI adoption, and capability rollouts
• Manage stakeholder communications and cultural alignment for adoption of the new operating model
• Lead integration work streams (operations, finance, compliance, HR); monitor progress and mitigate risks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in fast-paced environments, ideally financial services or management consulting
• Strong aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, hands-on
• Experience in financial services or fund administration is a plus
• Excellent project management with ability to run multiple cross-functional projects
• Strong experience in technology-driven operations and business process automation
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinker with structured problem solving and bias for action
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and hands-on when needed
