- Knowledge of CCaaS omni-channel, ACD/Dialer, IVR, CRM use-cases.
- Deep knowledge of contact center operations: WFM, QA, Analytics, RPA, VoC.
- 12+ years of pre-sales experience.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python and REST APIs.
