- Manage lifecycle of the PMO portfolio (direct and indirect work).
- Ensure strategic fit and value justification; coordinate with sponsors.
- Plan, develop, and maintain PMO policies, standards, and procedures.
- PMO/PPM platform administrator; support users, access, and reporting.
- Curriculum development and user training.
- Direct PMO support in WBS, scheduling, financials, risk, and resources.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business, information systems, PM, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
- At least 6 years in a medium/large enterprise PMO.
- Portfolio/delivery management and PPM tool admin (OnePlan, Planisware, Clarity, Planview).
- Strong listening, collaboration, and communication across PMs and stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and Visio process mapping.
- Customer-service oriented; consulting/professional services experience preferred.
