🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a consulting/design-build firm.
- Knowledge of NYS/NYC codes and NFPA standards.
- Ability to assess each project and allocate staff with minimal guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- AutoCAD experience required; REVIT experience a plus.
- Experience with NYC public agencies preferred.
