🎯 Requirements
- PE NY registration and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
- ≥10 years of experience in consulting/design-build.
- Knowledge of NYS/NYC building codes and NFPA standards.
- AutoCAD required; REVIT experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication; lead staff with minimal guidance.
- NYC public agencies experience preferred; MS Office proficiency.
