🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years IT/Cloud ops and app support (Java) with AWS and Azure.
- Strong Java/Grails/Hibernate experience and production performance analysis.
- Solid Kubernetes/containerization experience; 24/7 ops mindset.
- Experience with ITSM (FreshService) and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication; SaaS experience a plus.
