  • Knowledge of ad tech, programmatic platforms, DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, or verification tools
  • Advanced SQL skills: writing and understanding queries
  • Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations
  • Strong communication; explain complex tech to non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, organized, independent; ability to learn new tech
