🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
- 4+ years in platform/infrastructure or backend engineering with Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
- GitOps and CD expertise: ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts; CI with GitHub Actions.
- Go and/or Python; Helm/Kustomize; Terraform for automation.
- Datadog observability (APM/metrics/logs) and reliability focus with SLOs.
- Experience with service mesh (Linkerd) and traffic management patterns.
- AI fluency applied to SDLC with measurement-driven iteration.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration.
