🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management or related developer platforms/SDLC tooling.
- Experience defining/operationalizing engineering metrics, incl. DORA metrics.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing senior engineers.
- Strong view on AI transforming software engineering and related governance risks.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional and executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT or equivalent.
